Huge turnout for Hillary Clinton!

They really hate her, yeah, that's the ticket.

5. Old people and women are about to come out in droves on Feb. 5.
I believe they are all getting fed up with the media marginalizing them and behaving as though the future of America does not include them.

2. We are glad. But we are not going to gloat.
Because God punishes gloaters. So make the little blue head go away.

4. It's not gloating, it shows how many more people came out for the Dems this year.
Bush has gotten people to wake up.

3. Kerry had the Nomination wrapped by the time Florida rolled around
turnout comparison is thereby invalid.

6. So, you don't think the Democratic turnout was huge for a non delegate state?

10. it would have been much much larger if there had been delegates awarded
and the results would have been very different.

as it stands, it was a flawed Primary, and Hillary's 'Victory' Party was sham.

20. Exactly - NJ's turnout was very low as well for the same reason
I know people who were very strong Kerry supporters, who were on vacation overseas at the time of the election - who did not bother to get absentee ballots.

7. Kerry got 77% of the vote and 174 delegate! Hillary got 50% of the vote and ZERO delegates.
She did horrible by comparison, and her opponents didn't even campaign in the state.

8. Those who support Obama better realize that....
young voters are not the only part of the electorate. Those "old" people whom Obama demeans are part of the electorate and they vote in much larger numbers than the young ones do.

12. Only in Florida
Hillary won't see that type of older vote turnout in any other state in the union.

Got any factual data to back that up, or are you just throwing shit against the wall, and hoping it sticks?

16. Yep, Democrats took the primary seriously and came out in droves.
Almost the same amount of people voted for both parties, considering that the Democratic voters knew that their delegates would not be seated, it was a very impressive turnout.

Hillary even got over 150,000 more votes than McCain.

Eventually, the DNC will have to sit the FL delegates or risk losing the state to the Republicans in November.

Congratulations senator Clinton for your decisive win!!!!!!!!

21. Obama finished in 4th place over all, behind Clinton, McCain, and Romney.
http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primaries/results/state/#FL
4th place despite running TV ads that reached over 90% of all households in Florida,
in direct violation of Democratic Party rules.
