A word from Florida: No one cheated!
I can assure you there was an absolute dirth of campaign activity in this state. Crickets were louder than the democratic candidates. Other than capitalizing on PR momentum which is certainly understandable, Florida was duly ignored and chastized.

Carry on.

1. So basically...
Hillary won because people decided much earlier and many voted much earlier, with no campaigning from the other candidates and little to tell them that anyone but Hillary was viable.

ASll this "fair " media coverage was not available to them

Obama: 47% positive, 16% negative.
Clinton: 27% positive, 38% negative.
McCain: 12% positive, 48% negative
Giuliani: 28% positive, 37% negative
JDNE

Net numbers

Obama +31
Giuliani -9
Clinton -11
McCain -36

In other words, there was no way for them to be aware of this

5. I cannot speak for every voter in Florida, but we aren't exactly living in a media vacuum.
We do get ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS and often CNN, MSNBC and even FNC. I imagine most voters knew who was running and had an opportunity to see them debate, read their websites, follow stories in the paper. If they wanted to.

Heck, in my county Biden got 1% of the vote and he dropped out how long ago? I doubt that was because his supporters didn't know he wasn't in the race anymore because of zero campaigning here. Edwards got 17% in my county compared with 13% statewide.

Quite frankly I'm not so sure local campaigning would have made a huge difference other than leaving us with more yard signs on the street corners to clean up.

6. But they are not suppose to know anything about the candidates.
:sarcasm: off

There were polling locations where the workers didn't know what was happening. For example that there was a Democratic primary not just a Republican primary. Or maybe it was intentional.
