Poll question: Us Edwards supporters only - PLEASE!
I am very sad about this. He is the only candidate I sent $$ to, the only one I talked up (until now, although I did cry at the Kennedy endorsement)

Please - who are you voting for now - and please check in - I have a feeling other supporters will try to skew this lame poll. Why? I cannot tell you.

2. Didn't vote (Clinton supporter) and I'm pissed he dropped out before tomorrows debate.
He was so wonderful at the South Carolina debate, and I was really looking forward to his being in the California debate.

3. This makes me so sad too. I was looking forward to voting for
him next week. Damn. I will go to Obama. There is NO WAY I will sit out any of this process. In my view, if we sit out, we don't stand for anything and our country cannot afford that.

You don't have to say who you voted for, I just want to really see if you were really for Edwards or you are one of the militant HRC/BO supporters.

I make up my own mind- That is why I was for Edwards in the first place. I think Edwards would rather see his supporters making up their own damn minds.

"Undecided". I will try and get behind one of the other two but I'm currently not leaning heavy one way or the other. I didn't think I'd have to make a decision this soon.

12. Obama--here's why
I began with Kucinich--moved to Edwards when Dennis dropped out and now I'll support Obama.

It isn't that I find Obama any more progressive than Hillary--I don't.

My reasoning is very simple:

Hillary can't beat McCain.

Obama can.

I'm down to a pure strategy vote now.

18. BS Hillary will beat McCain
Hillary will beat McCain.

If Obama can't beat Hillary in Florida, with all his ads, how can he beat McCain?

I can't people are going into this BS after thinking Kerry was the only one who could beat Bush, and ended up being one of the worst candidates we've ever ran!

I am now moving over to the Hillary camp. Ugh...why John Why?

26. I proudly cast my vote for John Edwards
in the South Carolina primary. I'm clearly saddened by his departure from the race. His fight was my fight and his issues were the issues that drew me to this party over 35 years ago when i became a county Democratic committeeman at the age of 18.

That said - I have always considered myself a "Kennedy Democrat". More so than Ted's endorsement - the endorsement of Caroline of Barack Obama has resonance with me.

but I won't be jumping off in any new direction today. I want to hear John Edwards out.

We'll see what tomorrow brings...

34. Same here.
I'm really indifferent about Clinton and Obama, I will support either in the GE. I think I will vote in the Repuke primary here in Georgia and throw my support behind their guy that I feel has the worst chance in the GE...and I'm thinking at the moment that it's Huckabee.

29. I voted early yesterday in the Illinois primary and I voted for
JRE. My husband hasn't voted yet but I'm sure he'll vote for Obama.

If Hillary wins the nomination it will be the first time since 1972 that I will not cast a vote for the Democratic Presidential and VP candidates. Breaks my heart to say that, but I will not vote for her.

now.

I'll sit out. I'll vote for Barack if he gets the nod, but I'm so sick and tired of the BS from the DLC. They're just Repuke light and have destroyed the soul of the party.

30. That's so disappointing. But I'll go with Obama now.
Both he and Edwards have been striving for change; I'm afraid the Clintons are just more of the same ol', same ol' politics. The Kennedy endorsements did mean something, and with Edwards gone I think Ted is right.

43. I decided to support Hillary last week when it became apparent that John couldn't win the nom.
I've lost track of how far down the line Hillary is from my first choice. Kucinich - Biden - Edwards...and that doesn't even count Gore and the others I wish were running.

I'm sick about what the corporatist system in this country has done. It's obvious that the corporate-owned media will not tolerate a candidate who is any kind of threat to the stranglehold corporations have on this country.

Hillary and Barack are about the same in their platforms - I'll go with Hillary.
