Nader seeks spoiler role again in Penn. SC pick
HARRISBURG -- Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Judge James Gardner Colins has met strong opposition to his bid for a vacant spot on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court from an unexpected source.

Former third-party presidential candidate Ralph Nader and running-mate Peter Miguel Camejo wrote last week to Gov. Ed Rendell urging him not to appoint Colins. Nader and Camejo's letter stated that Colins "lacks the legal acumen and judicial temperament necessary for a successful tenure as a Justice of the Commonwealth's high court."

Of course, he's only railing against the judge who did something to him. Where were you when we were thinking about the United States Supreme Court, Ralph?
