2. Interesting choice of words. What exactly does suspend his
campaign mean? He didn't really quit it seems. Has he been offered a VP slot with either Hillary or Barack?

4. I think he is using a loophole in the public financing laws
so he can disburse the campaign funds the way he wants.

7. From what Donna Brasile said
he can still collect delegates. She sort of said that people could still campaign for him by voting for the delegate? So, he's still, kinda, sorta in the race, and can still collect delegates. Which I'm guessing means people can still canvass and table for him?

5. From the recap, it sounds as if he didn't give any reasons for dropping out.
Is that the case? Did he explain why he's dropping out before Super Tuesday? It sounds as if the speech didn't really answer any questions. :(
