Edwards supporters - Just for the primaries - vote for Romney?
Okay, I am a very sad Edwards supporter today, but I will vote for the Democratic candidate in the general election, no matter who it is. However, the polls show that McCain beats both Clinton and Obama by single digits. It also shows that any of the Democratic candidates (including Edwards) would beat Romney. So if you're like me, and voting for Clinton or Obama is a toss up, would our primary vote be more useful by voting for the weakest Republican? I know it's sneaky and underhanded and Karl-Rovian. I also know that I will be suicidal if McCain gets elected president.

2. I don't think GE head-to-head polls mean anything now
and I think McCain is easily beatable. I'm less sure about Romney.

4. in a way do you think there are many repig voters out there
who will not vote for McCain cause all he promotes is War. Could happen, one caller on Washington Journal who is a repig voter said she will not vote for McCain and would vote for a Dem, who knows what lurks in the minds of repig voters.

9. Actually, I do know a conservative Republican
and big time Bush defender who said that she thinks that Obama is the candidate, from either side, who has the most chance of uniting the country. She said she feels drawn to him and that she doesn't want to hear Republicans bitching about Hillary for 4 years after listening to Dems bitch about Bush for 8.

However, she says she thinks that McCain is #2 in the "uniting the country again" contest, and I couldn't disagree with her more. McCain scares the bleep out of me.

11. No. Vote for Edwards. He's probably keeping his delegates, and he can use them.
If you're not passionate about the other two... why not?

12. No. I'm voting for Edwards anyway.
Illinois moved up its primary to help Obama. Since Illinois Dems will overwhelmingly vote for Obama, I don't consider myself talking a vote away from him. I'm still an Edwards supporter.
