I just got back from voting for Edwards.
We have early voting, so I voted for the only candidate I can support. Did I waste a vote? I suppose it could be seen that way, but I see it as making a statement. A statement against the corporations and the Republican-lites and the status quo. I need to go back to work now, but I used my lunch hour wisely.

1. Thank you. I voted for him earlier this week.
And I don't regret it either.

2. I'll vote for him on Tuesday
So he's no longer campaigning. He's still right on the issues. The other two are not.

I've been known to tilt at windmills before. I don't expect to topple them, but goddammit, I'm going to make my voice heard.

4. "The Other Two"
That's how I think of them. They are a two-headed hydra... and they voted identically in the Senate 94% of the time.

The rest of the children can duke it out on the playground and decide who will get the nom between "The Other Two". I'll hold my nose and vote for whomever comes out with less ink on their pigtails.

3. I voted for him too...
Not a waste in any way. Had he engaged in the uncivil behavior of the other two candidates, I'm sure he would have garnered more media attention. The fact that he did not behave like a child even though it would have given him more air-play speaks volumes.

Hold your head high! You voted your conscience! That is what the primary is all about... so few here get that.

7. I'll be making the same statement next Tuesday.
The only one worthy of my vote will be the one who receives my vote. Regardless of the circumstances.
