Why isn't the Clintons' strategy working?
They:

Befriended Scaife.

Joined forces with Brock.

Teamed up with Murdoch.

Claimed the McCain as a "close" friend.

See a pattern?

Triangulation and rejection!

doing something positive, can you imagine how much good can be done? But this poster does nothing but destroy dems. For the life of me, I can't understand why it's allowed here.

13. When have I ever tried to destroy a candidate?
Show me an example.

Just one.

You won't be able to, and you won't retract that claim, just like all the other assholes here who see my avatar and assume I trash the others at over opportunity.

You owe me an apology, but I know I won't get one from the likes of you.

insulting other members here. Never. And ANYBODY who reads that thread sees that wasn't an attack on Obama. That's really fucking lame if that's the best you can come up with - saying something was a mistake, imagewise, is in NO way equivalent to the shit you post here 50 times a day.

Your claim is still a lie and you don't have the character to retract it.

27. What ARE you talking about?
I insult members. I never claimed I didn't.

I claimed that you try to destroy candidates and I don't do that. That claim is true.

In addition to being destructive and petty and obsessive, you're delusional.

9. How is it "not working"?
She has the most delegates. She "won" Florida. She'd doing pretty well in most polls.

If that's "not working", I'd really hate to see what failing looks like.

Edited on Wed Jan-30-08 05:08 PM by Mike03
if it is not, I don't think the factors you have listed have anything to do with it at all.

If she fails, it will be the result of a visceral reaction and lack of perception or openness to what she is saying.

Most voters don't have the luxury of inspecting her alliances at the level of scrutiny you propose in your opening post.

Why not.

Can't most voters get to the internet? ...to DU? ...to other sites that comment on politics?

Maybe you meant that most voters just don't care that much.

33. well hell, Wait, you mean it's over? Those 25 big states don't
get to vote Tuesday cause you in some convoluted way are saying the clinton strategy is not working. Must be because HRC got one hell of a vote from Florida last night and those folks knew their votes would not count. Hell, according to the count Obama came in fourth behind MCCain and Romey, and one other thing, Although the pundits and you obama folks tried all day to write off the Clinton win in Florida as a beauty contest,I can't help but to think that when a candidate who didn't campaign in the state at all comes in first ahead of all the Republicans who have been campaigning hard there,
that is too significant to ignore. And it'an even bigger victory because the Democrats who voted for HRC knew their vote didn't even count.

Don't you hate it when the whoremedia picks our candidate like they tried so hard last week?
