Gallup: Hillary's National Lead Down To Three Points
Today's Gallup tracking poll shows that the national race between Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama is tighter than ever before. Here are the numbers for today, compared to yesterday's:

Clinton 44% (+1)
Obama 41% (+2)

3. I would expect that with 2 great candidates
People are starting to tune and decide, and I think the 'name rec' advantage of Clinton is starting to fade, as Obama makes more news.

5. look at policy people
I'm sorry but this cheer leading without examining real positions....I fear yet another choice between least objectionable programming, which was the case in '04 (and yes I did volunteer for the Kerry campaign and I will still state that).

I don't know if people are even aware that Obama for example voted for every bad trade agreement than came to the Senate floor.

Anybody realize that labor, environmental standards are just not enforceable, proof in the Jordan free trade agreement which now has reports of slave labor like conditions? Think about it, how are you going to enter another country, or get this little elite WTO "review board" to enforce labor standards in that foreign nation?

I feel people are just going off of rhetoric, feel, message versus examining the policy positions. This nation is in deep, deep economic trouble and if you don't start paying attention to specifically what policy does what and demand we get policy that is for the national interest and working America's interests....well, what are you fighting for anyway?

7. Looks like the media successfully created a horse race when there wasn't one.
Good for them for making serious dough on this "dramatic" turn of events.
