4. I'll send her my regular MoveOn contribution
I donate $25 every quarter to MoveOn.Org. Since I quit supporting them, guess who gets the money? Hundred bucks, right now!

UBEN had the idea!

No, sounds like spite.

The same emotion that drove the neocons to act like they have since 2000.

3. Move-On is out of bounds, Why would you support them?
Edited on Sat Feb-02-08 06:17 PM by REDFISHBLUEFISH
They should be endorsing Democratic Party NOT picking Primaries!

It is principle, mant Clinto supporters got neglected and they should show the move-on folks that they COUNT too!

How better then to go direct to Hillary.com!

6. "They should be endoresing Democratic Party NOT picking Primaries!"
They had an open vote.

Hillary could have easily been the choice instead of Obama if she had been popular enough within her own Party.

14. Some open vote!
They have more than 3 million members, they sprung the vote out of nowhere, held it open for only 11 hours and based their decision on 200 thousand responses. Total bullshit!

18. Yeah the amount of votes was not a real representation was it?
Why not a 3 day period?
Was it rigged?

13. Sounds like Obama folks like poor ethics if they favor him!
They also like voters of Florida being told they do not count!

I never thought I'd see the day when Democrats let Florida get reamed again!

7. No, not principle
It's about having your money go where YOU want it to go. If I wanted to support Obama, I would have sent him money directly.
If you support an organization like MoveOn.Org, you should be told what your donations are supporting. They had never endorsed a primary candidate in the past, and gave their members no notice that their donations may indeed be used to support the opposition candidate. That, in my opinion, is unethical and deceitful.

9. They did hear from me
I sent them a donation for the very first time, and I'll probably send them another.

While I personally don't believe that they should have endorsed either candidate, they do other things to try and foster change, so unlike some here who would be singing the praises of Move-on if they had endorsed their candidate of choice, I'm not going to toss the baby out with the bath water.

So who wants to be the first Hilary Clinton supporter to send a real nasty message to Alma Rangel, or Senator Leahy, or is your ire just reserved for Move-on or any other organization like Move-on?

Damn hypocrites!!!!!

And no I still haven't decided which candidate I like, both have pluses and minuses, I'm just trying to decide now which is the lesser of two evils. I'll decide when I vote in the Virginia primary on February 12th

12. I didn't send money to the Rangels or Leahy
Had they endorsed Clinton, I assure you those who support Obama would be screaming thru the rooftops. They don't want their money going to support Clinton in the primaries any more than I want mine going to Obama.
