Clinton lead in Oklahoma INCREASES from 34% to 41%
<snip>Among Democrats, the percentage planning to vote for Clinton increased from 34 to 41 percent. Former North Carolina U.S. Sen. John Edwards, who suspended his campaign on the last day of polling, remained steady in the mid-20s, while U.S. Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois improved slightly, to 17 percent from just under 15. Sixteen percent statewide still were undecided.<snip>

1. One state immune to media BS - Clark won there in spite of the blackout
I suppose American Indians had seen it all before, haven't they?

8. I think FLA was the indicator
Edited on Sun Feb-03-08 12:50 PM by neutron
of how America will go when not bombarded with hype and bs.
In fact, dems are less suseptible to spin from Tweety and turncoat KO.
NH shocked the media to the fact that Dems are not like Right Wing
media zombies.

9. Just an FYI - only 8% of Oklahoma's
population is classified as Native American.. Some stats say 12% is all or part but that could be 1/16th

14. Maybe Clark's endorsement and promotion of Hillary is a key factor.
I would love to see a Hillary/Wes ticket :)

3. I have received three phone calls, and many mailers
from the Clinton campaign ( lol - also one from the Wes Clark Dems )
None from Obama. He has probably written off OK. It's a proportional
thing here.. not by county, but by total vote.

Edwards polled really well in this state.

21. Poll conducted Jan 27-30. Hillary 41%, Edwards 24, Obama 17.
I think those numbers have more than a little chance to change on Tuesday.

Thanks for the timely update.

24. Yep. The article was today. And I'm glad not to subscribe to the paper, if that's "news."
Sorry, but reality bites. And the reality is that the poll was taken before Edwards withdrew.
