Why are there so much Hillary Clinton hatred from Obama fans on DU ?
20 or so negative threads on the first page alone..

Its like Obama are praised as the new savior, and everything Clinton does are negative..

As a male, Obama is likely to catch projections of the Hero, Warrior, or Wounded Prince/King archetypes (the latter of which his campaign is exploiting...hint: Camelot). As a female, Hillary is catching the Witch, the Devouring Mother, and the Good Mother.

Obviously, there have been relatively few women in power over the course of human history, and our main collective experience of women in power is of our mothers...when they were angry and we were little bitty kiddies.

Powerful archetypes. Nothing to do with the candidates in reality at all. Great marketing strategy if you're a male.

For the first time in my adult life, I want to see a goddamned ballot without a Bush or Clinton on it. And I've been voting since 1984.

Or maybe it's because those same 28 years that Bush-Clinton have been in power are the same years that the United States of America has devolved from a representative democracy into corporate fascism.

Or maybe it's because I'm sick and tired of Hillbots calling me a "homophobe" just because some self hating gospel singer was on the stage at some event that I had absolutely nothing to do with.

Or maybe I just think Obama's a better candidate.
