1. I hope his supporters there cherish the moment, because the rest of the
day isn't likely to provide many opportunities for celebration.

6. Ol' Huckabee was goin' great guns after Iowa and he rolled into New Hampshire
and things died down considerably, including his fundraising.

He never caught on, really. He did as well as he did in Iowa IMO because Brownback dropped out. Brownback couldn't raise much money or support either, but between the two of them, I was hoping they'd beat each other to death so the fundies wouldn't have a real representative in the race.

10. West Virginia really is one very fucked-up state.
I've been there.

Not someplace I would choose to live or to visit voluntarily.

14. Without a doubt this is one of the dumbest posts I have ever seen on DU
West Virginia might have a strong "born again vote" but it is a lovely state
with some really great people.

I have camped, skied, hiked, rock climbed, and spent time in W.V.
and love that state. Huntington is a lovely town too.

7. You're wrong. The first round went to Romney, second round put Huck over the top.

8. Huckabee/Colbert '08!
Gotta say, I disagree with just about everything Huckabee says and stands for, but I still have to give him a tiny bit of credit for his continued appearances on The Colbert Report.
