BBV: Should John Kerry co-sponsor the Voter Confidence Act?

That is what The Voter Confidence Act is about: meaningful recounts.

If John Kerry co-sponosored it, a lot of other Democratic Senators probably would, too. Right now, there are only 2 co-sponsors in the Senate (Bill Nelson (D-FL) and Charles Schumer (D-NY). Bob Graham is the Senate sponsor.)
