What are the remaining candidates' positions regarding prosecution of Bush & Cheney?
I haven't heard enough about which one(s) would seek prosecution of them.

1. Edwards and Kucinich would have. That's about it.
Obama wants to hold hands with republicans, and hillary is almost a republican, so...

2. It's not the time to bring it up because even though it is the just
thing to do it will give the pundits something to latch on to. After the election is the time to do that.

Now if they make the same mistake they did when Nixon was impeached and did not prosecute the Rummy's, the Cheney's and the others we will face the same thing that we have experienced over the last 8 years.

3. For me, before the election is the time, because
I don't want to end up with the same thing that happened last time (2006 elections) sending a bunch of Democrats to Washington to stand up to Bush/Cheney, then sit there and watch them for a whole year NOT standing up to them.

8. The problem is we didn't send enough Democrats to WA, we
don't have a super majority and we have Lieberwhore who has screwed the Democratic party.

The only good thing is that with the small majority lead that the Democratic party has they have put a stop the Republicans raping America. It's better than nothing.

The other thing is we need to pick our battles right? If we start talking about prosecution we could lose the swing voters and we can't afford to do that. We must win the Presidency and we must have a super majority to change the direction of the country.

But I do feel what you are saying. We will get there.

5. No one is going to run on a platform
of "getting the last guys". They'd lose in a landslide, and Bush would just pardon everybody preemptively, including himself.

6. No justice. However, it's up to congress according to our system.
Or up to the justice system afterwards. Correction: according to our old system (the one that had the constitution).

9. There is only one candidate who really will act to send Bush to prison...
And it's the 69th reason for his candidacy:

69. To Prove a gangster is a terrorist. President George W. Bush, Jr. and Former President George Herbert Bush, Sr. Told us they are the 911 Terrorist evidence of Electronic Satellite recording. 11. Imagine if Mercer were to debate John McCain
"Senator McCain, how do you respond to Dr. Mercer's charge that Jeb Bush is all in his house with disease?"
