5. Yeah, that really sucked the time Kerry's wife cost Obama teh election.
It would be sad if that happened again. :(

Kerry lost the election on his own. What evidence do you have that points to Teresa being the cause?

8. Obama never ran before, sweetie...
...so it's against the laws of physics that Kerry's wife would have
cost him the election.

So, don't worry, he "not lose".

And my neighbor said almost exactly the same thing to me last week. Hmmmmmm.... is she really that bad?

14. No. Michelle is amazingly smart and tough and
is excellent when she talks to an audience. They don't call her "the closer" for nothing. Maybe your RW neighbor likes first ladies in the pickles model.

My neighbor is way left of me, by the way. He's concerned about losing the election because of her.

15. Michelle is wonderful, adorable and very...
accomplished.

I saw her in person in Iowa, and I was just stunned.

She is one classy lady; reminded me of Jackie O.

Michelle is on Larry King Live tomorrow night.

I haven't heard one bad thing about Michelle Obama, until I read
this discombobulated OP that we're all commenting on now.

26. If the OP had reversed the win/lose...
and had credited a first lady with helping to get her husband elected and was hoping that Michelle Obama did the same, would that be sexism, too? Or are all compliments welcomed?

(and forgive me Clintonistas) though I despise the Clintons, I hope she follows Hillary's lead and becomes a US Senator for the great state of Illinois, during or after her husband's presidencY!

33. I understand your point...
but there's so much doom and gloom in the news that I occasionally take a break with these idiotic posts for a good "LOL." They're so contrived and they fail so miserably. And I'm sure the OP is sitting there smugly thinking s/he ruffled feathers ... perhaps that is what is so amusing.

32. Michelle Obama will be one of the finest First Ladies in our history.
She will be a world ambassador for our country and repair much of the damage that
was done in the last nearly 8 years. She will inspire women around the world to feel empowered.

She is funny, strong, brilliant and just plain awesome. I am so proud of the sacrifice
that she and Barack are making for this country. They are two amazingly fine humans.
