22. Why let facts get in the way of a good story?
If she criticizes Hillary--even in the most oblique way--she MUST be part of the vast right-wing conspiracy somehow.

12. Hillary should drop it. Shuster is not a bad guy
he's usually pretty fair. Made a bonehead move using the verb 'pimp' but not in a sexual way or anyway that could even be mistaken for it.

20. "pimping her out" was NOT sexual??? are you really that clueless?
PLEASE don't give me any bs about it being some sort of non-offensive slang. there was NO other way to take it. no MALE candidates' offspring have ever had that remark made about them.

sexism is alive and well, and many refuse to acknowledge it.

even "good guys" (and I have had doubts about shuster on occasion) make bigoted, sexist remarks, and need to be called on them.

23. He used an inappropriate phrase, but you're really stretching to claim it's because she's a woman.
Yes, saying that Chelsea was being "pimped out" was an inappropriate turn of phrase; nobody would have been able to complain if he'd said "used" or "exploited." But trying to claim that it was only said because Hillary is a woman? Bullshit. For starters, in the context of prostitution, "pimp" means a man. Second, I seriously doubt you can backup the claim that such a thing has never been said about the children of a male candidate.

16. The same Barbara Walters who said NOBODY protested
against the Iraq war before it started? The same Barbara Walters who said EVERYBODY in America supported the War in Iraq before it started? That Barbara Walters? She's getting senile. Trust HER judgment at your peril.

18. And just last week, people were defending The View
because Whoopi changed from Sen Obama to Clinton. And the week before that, after the state of the union, people were telling me I should take The View and Tyra seriously because so many women get their info from those sources.
