Poll question: Is it time to discard delegates/superdelegates and the Electoral College?
And just move toward popular vote counts for primaries and the GE?

1. stupid during the primaries
but I'd hate to leave the GE to a popular vote. You never know what can come down the pike...with a representational system like the EC...the minority voice is still protected. People seem to forget what seems popular at one moment, may not in fact be a good thing.

2. I honestly don't understand why we just can't have run-off voting.
There was a run-off poll here a few months back that included all the candidates - and it worked out well.

I know DU isn't the real world, but why not one person, one vote, period?
