2. Kerry needs somebody from the South - and not Edwards, with no experience
or Graham who dropped out before he got started.

Dean for Senate sounds good. Or in Kerry's cabinet as Sec. of Health or Sec to interior?

6. Why? The "South" isn't going to vote for the Democrat anyway. (NT)

7. No place for Dean in the Senate, and not Edwards.
For Dean to go to the Senate, he'd have to run against Jeffords or Bernie Sanders. That is not a likely prospect!

Edwards as VP? I think that Gephardt makes more sense if the rust belt states are to be the major battleground this year. Gephardt could deliver MO, and his union connections will help in states like OH, etc.

Edwards won't even deliver his home state of No. Carolina!

Did you mean Jim Jeffords and Patrick Leahy? Or is Bernie looking
for a promotion? :)

Oops. Yes I meant Leahy! My years at UVM were all a haze and have left me a little befuddled! ;->

4. Your position is not based in reality
Do some research. Yes you are entitled to your opinion, but you are also responsible for making sure it is an informed one. PS. Gov. Dean is not a liberal.

9. Read his/her post - it is implied given the thread topic
WaldenX states Kerry wont pick a liberal in response to a question about whether Dean would be a good VP pick. That implies that Dean is a liberal. See Below:

Mobius: I am starting to wonder if Dean would be a good VP pick

WaldenX: Kerry wont pick someone better than him so that eliminates all liberals in united states politics.
