Overflow crowd hears Chelsea Clinton pitch for her mother

For the record–John Kerry has called super-delegates in WI also. This questioner just made a fool of himself–

Associated Press - February 11, 2008 6:15 PM ET

MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Chelsea Clinton told an overflow crowd at the University of Wisconsin-Madison student union today that Wisconsin voters will see more of her mom and her family than they may want to in coming days.

She made three stops in Wisconsin on Monday to campaign for her mother, Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton.
.........

One person chided Chelsea Clinton for calling Democratic super delegates to get their support for her mom. She defended it, saying she tries to talk to as many voters as she can.

13. I am PRO-Hillary! You know that.
What I am saying is that the non-affluent know that HRC will be good for them.
I am pleased to see these crowds coming out to supporter her. She needs more of this.

21. Maybe they're coming out for Chelsea?
Anyway, I thought that Obama drew the huge crowds because working people were too busy to attend political rallies? Has something changed suddenly?

necessarily there to support Hillary, but rather just collecting information on both candidates.

57. rodeo, I have almost always loved your posts. informative, honest,
interesting. but since you became an agent of Hill, frankly, I just shake my head.

I met her many years ago, and it weren't pretty. Called herself Rodham at that time, and one of the most arrogant, obnoxious, insulting, demanding, and ill-informed people I had ever met.

I cannot in good faith ever vote for her. That woman. Rodham-Clinton. Ever. I find her to be shallow, a politician's politician, abrasive when it is unnecessary and counter-productive, and fawning when it suits. This country needs someone and something different than 8 yrs of bill, 8 yrs of W, and 4 yrs of Rodham-Clinton.

65. I suppose that is a good point. But, honestly, I think that many here
will be as depressed to see her in action as I have been to see Nancy Pelosi. Some here caught on earlier than I did, and I even diaried support for her, "give her time, she needs space" etc. I was wrong then. Pelosi has been an utter disaster.

Hillary, for a variety of reasons, will be even worse. If she wins, and I think that is an open question, even as we sweep huge numbers in the house and senate, and gov seats, she will be the key to energizing all of the crap, the religious reich, the asshole idiots, and neocons, despite their being totally discredited.

Do you suggest that I leave DU, and quit my sarcastic unremarkable remarks? Maybe that is a good idea. I clearly want a democratic win in 7 months, but I am convinced that Hill's election will be a false set of goods. perhaps a vacation is in order.

hmmm.
