bush can put and end to Kerry's comment bru-haha
by stepping to the microphone, looking in the camera and saying -"the American people need to know whether their president is a crook. Well I am not a crook." I'm having flashbacks to another great gop president. Has this happened before?

He can also tell us he is not a liar by producing his SOTU circa 2003.

He can also show us what a great war hero he is by rerunning the video of him landing on a carrier.

Pray tell, why won't karl and ed and marc use this brilliant strategy instead of lamely asking for an apology because Senator John F. Kerry called them crooks and liars?

1. Often wondered that myself
* could pull in another 10% of the vote if he admitted he made mistakes.

Won't ever happen. Hallelujah!

2. My husband says
Kerry should say, "I'm sorry I told the truth about them. They just can't take it."

3. If Bush will stop telling lies about Kerry, then
Kerry will stop telling the truth about Bush.

4. When I heard Kerry make the remark on a news story...
I responded, "Yeah, what's your point?"

It's amusing listening to the right wingers whine about Kerry's remark and demanding an apology, then they turn around and spread lies and exaggerations about Kerry in the next breath.

On another note, I just read that a Zogby poll indicated that Bush is in trouble among Arab-Americans in key voting states, including Florida, Michigan and Ohio. This despite the fact that numerous news reports have shown his administration toeing the line for the Saudi royal family.

5. Welcome Bullshot and excellent point
So what Senator Kerry, you stated the obvious about crooks and liars. The rw knows their whining serves a purpose, they do get sympathy from their dumbass lemmings, but that might wear out in the next 7+ months; with Plame and medicare coverup and Harken and more chat about military service and 9/11 commission and energy task force, and halliburton and deficits etc ad infinitum coming up. How much sympathy can a dumbass justify?

7. Are they still playing that video?
I'm tv-free. Saw it once & was pleased. I don't want it to end.
