Hillary PA meetup and upcoming events page: http://hillaryclinton.com/hq/pennsylvania /

Obama PA meetup and upcoming events page: http://my.barackobama.com/page/event/search_results?type=advanced&orderby=day&state=pa

(In all fairness, Hillary's campaign just added a "PA" link this past weekend.)

It isn't just about the volunteers -- the WEBMASTERS aren't even current.

5. He has had his shit together since the beginning.

It really has been an impressive campaign.

I guess he was paying attention as a community organizer. He will do this in the General too. Hillary wont. We could flip the whole country or a large portion of it with this guy.

4. The Obama page doesn't even include everything.
My group has 500 members and we don't post our events there.

Hey Yael, if you ever want to come out to Philly, you're more than welcome to work with us. :hi:

7. Poor Hillary. She couldn't have foreseen that PA was going to become
"significant." Poor judgement is forcing her to play catch-up. :nopity:

8. Thanks for posting this. Q re Obama campaign in PA-7
I'm in DC, and have been up to the PA-7 District (Delaware County) three times. Twice with the Kerry Travellers, and then with D-Trip as Election Protection on the Sestak Campaign.

Does anyone have contact info for the Obama Campaign in that area?

Thanks! Go Big O!

22. I will
No matter what their predispositions, it is in the best interest of everyone to attend events for both candidates.

14. This is very good news. Obama may not have the time to make up
his deficits in Ohio and Texas, but with this type of ground game he is going to win in Penn.

15. Three weeks, in politics, is a very long time...
and...there's this:

Obama events in Texas: http://my.barackobama.com/page/event/search_results?type=advanced&orderby=day&state=tx

Clinton events in Texas: http://hillaryclinton.com/hq/texas/

Obama events in Ohio: http://my.barackobama.com/page/event/search_results?type=advanced&orderby=day&state=oh

Clinton events in Ohio: http://hillaryclinton.com/hq/ohio/

The effect of this kind of organisation on the outcome of those races can't be discounted, I don't think. Not to mention the likely double wins for Obama next Tuesday. Winning creates its own momentum; combine that with the info from those links, and draw your own conclusions.

18. My mom is out campaining for him in West Chester PA
a pretty red and independent district. It's crimson in some areas, and very blue in others. She said Obama has a great ground organization there already. Oh, and BTW she's almost 67 years old, white, income under 50K. So much for Clinton carrying those demographics. :hi:

24. If he has his shit together why is.....
He bihind 20 or 25 in the polls with her support climbing? I mean this may be the only state where she is actually gaining popularity and he is falling.

So explain, if he has had his "shit together" for what a couple of months now, what does that say about him and PA? That the more he organizes there the weaker he gets? Hmmmmm

26. Well looks like that theory is shot to hell
Among Pennsylvania Democrats, Clinton leads 54 - 34 percent with women, 49 - 39 percent with men and 58 - 31 percent among whites. Obama leads 71 - 10 percent among black Democrats.

"With Sen. Obama closing the gap, the winner in Pennsylvania probably will depend on whether blacks, young people and college graduates in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh can turn out in sufficient strength to overcome Sen. Clinton's strong lead among blue collar voters and women," said Clay F. Richards, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute

Looks like he is closing the gap...Maybe cause Hillary isn't even trying. She is bleeding support there just like everywhere else. Guess it just goes to show ya theres no substitute for having your shit together.
