THE FL and MI SoLution
Here's my idea to get Michigan and Florida delegates seated.

Have the elected Democratic officials of each state, (US congressional reps, US senators, AND state legislators) vote for either Hillary or Obama, and divide the delegates accordingly.

but that is the dumbest idea I've heard on the subject. It would essentially turn their state legislators into Super Human Super Duper Delegates-just what everyone is trying to avoid (you know except the Clinton campaign who see them as their last best chance and firewall) happening.
