How do I set up a "PAC" ?

Ok,

I and a few others have decided to start a new
PAC to help the Democratic Party by GOTV, finding
new candidates in the future, commercials etc.

We would also like to put some funds to other
various areas.

Are there any legal minds out there that know how to do
this?

This is going to be pretty cool I think...and we already
have two tee-shirts designed....one for the upcoming
campaign...and one to promote the D party in general...to help
raise some intial funds.

I'm not going to advertise it here for obvious reasons...BUT
I need to know the little details in doing this.

Anyone know?? Also, if interested in being part of the

(You'll have to deal with them fairly regularly if you start a PAC, so now's a good time to start...)
