Clinton Plagiarizes Obama before Iowa Caucuses
Edited on Mon Feb-18-08 12:54 PM by pstans
Hillary Clinton was using Barack Obama's signature lines at events leading up the Iowa Caucuses by saying she is fired up and ready to go.

http://andrewsullivan.theatlantic.com/the_daily_dish/2008/01/barack-clinton.html

Does this mean that Hillary has no substance?

Does Hillary have to give up all her delegates she won in Iowa because of this?

The scandal is just beginning.:sarcasm:

1. She's also stolen his speech closing.
"If you stand with me..." bit

4. It seems to me
that Hillary shoots from the hip and doesn't even consider repercussions.

Hillary is definitely not ready on day one.

3. By reading DU it seems it's the Clinton supporters biggest issue

I care much more about important things like ending the war in Iraq and NAFTA. Hillary voted and was a outspoken supporter of the war and Bill signed NAFTA into law. Those are the things that should be discussed.

5. I agree
but it IS important that Obama countered swiftly. If he hadn't, Hillary would have used this again and again and again.

This way, she'd be stupid to keep pushing it.

7.  Exactly . I dont give a shit who stole who's word of the week.
I want to know if I'll have health care if I get sick.
I want to know how long our hideous involvement in Iraq will continue.
Will global warming escalate?
How are going to get out from under Bush's war spending deficit?

8. So it's ok for Clinton to steal Obama and Edwards' speeches
but if Obama gets permission from a surrogate to use something in a speech, Obama has no substance. If you think that is ok, then I think you need to get on some Hopium.
