The job market will get better in 10 years

when all the baby boomers start retiring, there will probably be job shortages again for highly skilled younger workers.

Of course, 10 years ia a very long time to wait...

1. You may be right
but it won't be the baby boomers retiring, but being pushed out of their jobs into the food service industry, and greeters at walmart.

we are still a racist country in many ways.

No way the people in charge now would allow foreigners into the upper management ranks.
