When news organizations reported that Mr. McCain had written letters to government regulators on behalf of the lobbyist’s client, the former campaign associates said, some aides feared for a time that attention would fall on her involvement.

And now McCain is trying to pressure Obama into taking public money if Obama wins the primary. McCain says he agreed to it and so did Obama. Obama simply marked yes on a questionnaire, months ago, regarding the question.

McCain states that it is a question of honor, character, dignity, and all that other Republican self-righteous bull shit. The real reason is that there is no way in hell McCain can raise as much money as Obama.

Read this whole article and you will discover that this story is not about sex at all. It's about McCain getting special favors, like contributions, private jet rides, and yes, maybe even a little Poot-N-Tange, in exchange for what he can do for these people, corps, and lobbyist.
