Hillary the Hypocrite
In tonight's debate, Hillary says: "If your candidacy is about words, they should be your own words..."

Then she closes the debate with phrases plagiarized from John Edwards.

Am I the only one who recognizes the not-so-subtle evidence of hypocrisy on the part of Hillary Clinton? ...(And this sure as hell isn't the only example either)...

If there is one paramount reason (among many) I have for not voting for Hillary, it is this one.

1. They weren't the same words.
sheeesh

It's a very common statement for a candidate to make --and a gracious one at that.

Clinton Tonight: ?

You know, whatever happens, we're going to be fine. You know, we have strong support from our families and our friends. I just hope that we'll be able to say the same thing about the American people. And that's what this election should be about.?

Edwards the December 13 debate:

?What's not at stake are any of us. All of us are going to be just fine no matter what happens in this election. But what's at stake is whether America is going to be fine.?

5. And how, pray tell, is this post hypocritical?
I would venture to say that If Hillary criticizes Obama for adopting someone else's language as his own, and then turns around and does it herself, that certainly meets the criteria laid out in definition 2:

hy·poc·ri·sy (hĭ-pŏk'rĭ-sē) Pronunciation Key n. pl. hy·poc·ri·sies

1. The practice of professing beliefs, feelings, or virtues that one does not hold or possess; falseness.
2. An act or instance of such falseness.

3. Yeah, but she will get a pass for it, and will get the "sympathy vote"
because she was so real....GEEZ!
I can see thru that like I saw thru the rationale for going to war on Iraq.

She was playing us.
