I am so proud of the Democratic Party

We have two candidates who would each be amazing leaders. We are so lucky to have them.



I was an Edwards supporter in 2004 and during this election, and during those dark days in November 2004, Elizabeth Edwards posted this quotation from Thomas Jefferson on DU. Perhaps someone can find the link, but I will repeat it here. It has since become my mantra. We are going to have change. We are going to have our country back. Very soon, we can truly say that we are proud of the United States of America.

"A little patience, and we shall see the reign of witches pass over, their spells dissolve, and the people, recovering their true sight, restore their government to its true principles. The reign of witches is almost over. We are going to restore our great Nation to what we know it can be. A leader in Peace, Prosperity, Science and Education. A beacon of hope and an example of what we want the world to be. This is OUR time and no person can take that away from us.

I would like to thank all of our Candidates for fighting for us. We are taking our country back!
