RE: Obama haters....

I have NO idea why all of you think Obama is cannot be the right person for the job -

What makes you think he won't choose the right people for his Cabinet? He has obviously picked the right people for his campaign - I believe this speaks VOLUMES for his judgment and instincts concerning the kind of doers and movers that he will need in the Oval Office if he gets there.

This office is NOT a solo act even though the latest failure of a man and a President treats it like that.

I believe that Hillary carries the kind of long term seething hatred among members of Congress that will preempt those people from listening to her proposals no matter how good they are: A knee jerk reaction, perhaps, but a reality nonetheless. Many of them remember and despise her original health care initiative.

I'm just sayin.....

But I'm pretty sure the anti-Obama people won't.

They're having too much fun hating.

I do have to say though, in response to your post, that I'm not sure there is seething hatred of Hillary in Congress that would be crippling if she were president. She has a good reputation for working across the aisle.

I think our Dem president is going to have extreme resistance from the self-righteous conservatives, and if Obama can rally the people to affect change, then that would be a wonderful thing for this country.

She is well thought of by everyone she has worked with on both sides of the aisle.

Working with a peer in congress is a different thing than having her as the President of the United States - if they then defeat her ideas again, they install another bush in 4 years.....

I don't think this mess can be cleaned up in 4 yrs. If anyone can Hillary can but can she do it fast enough for all the folks that thought Congress should have all the problems solved in the first month after they took office.

I still have yet to see any 'Pro' Obama positions with any substance on policy.

I am a Obama supporter and have read a bunch of haters and it just comes down to being afraid of change...hilary is most definitely about the same old, same old and this is much safer even if it means more of Bush for another 4 years.
