I am very very sad
to think that the campaign for Democratic nominee has become so low. When I voted in the primary, there were three candidates that I was proud of. I made my choice. Now it seems that our party is tearing itself apart. The negative campaigning has turned me off. I thought that we were better than that by now. All I see is the same ol' same 'ol nasty mud slinging politics.

Sorry, I just had to vent. There may come a time when we are beyond healing, that is so sad.

1. When the smearing comes unprovoked it is distasteful

I think candidates have to fight their corner on the issues which is good, like healthcare, economy, ethics however, when it comes to constant smearing releasing dirt on another candidate whe it's unprovoked that it unacceptable. I remember D'Amato versus Schumer in NY, D'Amato was ghastly.

2. I thought we had the best field of candidates in history
until this evening when I saw this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ou4JnWQsxKw

Now, we only have one option. Thankfully, Obama is the best option because he's the only one with honor left.

3. Ambition over common sense is a dangerous thing.
Very sad, indeed.

I miss John Edwards in all this.

6. I only see one candidate going negative....that would be Hillary. Obama has been positive.
