The thing about the Clinton "wins"....
Repugs are thrilled that their "votes" for HRC pulled this off. Rush and his minions are the winners here. I went over "you now where" to see what their reactions were and it was quite telling. My congrats to the Clinton supporters...I think.

Because I voted for Clinton I (as everyone else who did same) are being vilified by some here as not being true "Conservatives," "Maroons," "Idiots," etc.
I beg to differ with all of you who are so exercised.

I voted for the Beast and I'll match my Conservative Credentials against anyone else as well as my education (MBA), intellect, and life experience.

READ ON:

Although it made no difference here in VT, I voted for Her Thighness

BTW, THIS WAS THE 1st TIME I VOTED FOR A DemoRat IN 44 YEARS, SINCE I VOTED FOR LBJ IN 1964.
I guess only time will tell whether Rush, myself and anyone else who crossed over and voted for Clinton were correct in our thinking or those like yourself were.

I despise the Clintons as much as anyone, but I fear fear Barack ("Peace Be Upon His Middle No Name") Obama even more.

Moreover, as we all know no one including the RNC, McPain, the media, etc., will dare attack The Messiah, less they be painted as racists and bigots, therefore, the longer HRC and B.O. keep at each other's throats, the better it will be for us.

Chaos, tumult, confusion, etc., are good things when they are within the Dhumy party. Let them attack each other, spend more money, keep shooting themselves in the foot, and who knows, we could just pull this one out in November, although, Juan McLame will probably be just another Bush-Lite.

Hey, the way I see it, I'm just following the lead of our presumptive leader McPain, as he preaches (AND PRACTICES) "reaching across the aisle," if you will.

Last but not least, and for those who don’t remember or were not around in the early 70’s, it was the DemoRats who were primarily responsible for our having “surrendered” (even while we were winning) in Vietnam and the damage, pain and suffering we Nam Vets endured as a result thereof

As that old saying goes, “Revenge is a dish best tasted cold,” and its about time they were made to pay for their sins.

Thus, I went to the polls, pulled the lever, came back home, poured me a nice shot of VO, and toasted the memory of the 58,000 heroes who never made it back.

"This one's for you my brothers and sisters."

NO REMORSE--NO REGRETS!!!

4. It's not about the results, but about how Democrats treat each other.

22. She's running against him
it's perfectly OK to make distinctions between them.

At least she didn't falsely call him a racist, like his camp did to the Clintons.

6. My take on the tactics of having republican crossover votes.

We are being played by repukes...

They are putting their thumbs on one side of the scale or the other, whenever they see the scale tipping.

They don't care who we run, they just want to make sure that we don't decide on who we run for as long as possible.

Those aren't Obama's tactics, those aren't Hillary's tactics... those are Oxycontin Rush's tactics. And they are WORKING.

Why do they want this??? look at what's happening here at DU... lot's of flame bait, lots of hate, lots of "I'm not voting in November if X is the nominee"...

They love this shit.

President McCain loves this shit.

100 more years of war in Iraq. Shit, forget Iraq, let's bomb Iran! His fundy preacher guy wants to bring about the end times anyway!

Health care with mandates/no mandates... Forget it, no health care for anyone!

The present votes on "right to life" bills in the Illinois Senate... HAH... President McCain has your supreme court overturn of Roe V. Wade right here!

Raise taxes on the wealthy and balance the budgets... Hell no... we will just keep floating more loans from our Chinese overlords!

Restore the Constitution??? overturn the Patriot Act, the Protect America Act, the Military Commissions Act... hell no, we will be spied on like never before, all for our own good!

16. For the best clue as to who the Repukes want to run against, check the
miserable faces of the pundits tonight. They had a very bad night.

They want Obama.

17. Really, you think the pundits are all for Obama...
because they want him to lose in November?

Really?

I think you have been drinking too much vodka.

It's pretty clear that THIS election last night, the repukes went and voted for Hillary... especially in Ohio.

They listened to their wingnut-in-chief Rush Limpballs.

18. Exit polls seem to indicate the R vote was a wash.
I suspect the Hill votes were probably more disengenuous than the Obama ones, but there's no way to know for sure, and as long as they didn't turn the thing, we should be happy.

It is worrisome that they have nothing better to do now.

19. Disenchanted Republicans voted Obama....Rush Followers voted Hillary
It is no secret that some Republicans are disenchanted with their party. Many of them see Obama as an alternative they can support.

With Rush Followers, there is no love lost. They hate Democrats. They want to nominate the one they see as least likely to win in november. They have been supporting Hillary.

Not all Republican voters vote for the same reasons or for the same candidate.
