Kerry jumps to the front
Los Angeles - Democratic presidential contender John Kerry held a slight lead over Republican incumbent George W Bush in a US presidential election opinion poll released on Thursday.

Kerry was ahead 49% to 46% in the Los Angeles Times poll ahead of the November 2 election.

The Massachusetts senator leads even if consumer advocate Ralph Nader, who took votes from the Democrats in the 2000 election, takes part again.

With Nader a candidate, Kerry would get 47%, Bush 44% and Nader 4%, according to the poll of 1 616 people with a margin of error of 3%.

2. But it's hard to know
how that plays out state by state.

I saw some of your other posts, and I'm with you on that subject, mzmolly :)

3. he takes from both sides every time
yes he takes more from the Dems but not by a whole lot. It's good to have him out there speaking but it's up to voters to decide who to vote for. He's already told people to vote for Kerry.

4. Why's he telling people to vote for Kerry
and yet still running? Why doesn't he tell people to vote for Kerry and NOT run?

5. "He takes more from the Dems but not by a whole lot"
In case you weren't aware, Kerry and Bush weren't separated by a whole lot of votes in states like Florida, New Mexico, Iowa, Wisconsin and New Hampshire. A shift of only a few hundred votes in any one state could change the result of the election. After all, that's what happened in 2000.

6. In my opinion he only takes from the Dems. 99% because only Dems are
moral and objective. Only immoral people vote Republican.

7. I know its close
what can we do with Nader? I say we can either get his voters to vote Kerry or just plain get more Kerry voters. It's good to register new people because its helps the Democrats.
