Randi Rhodes IS PISSED
she has been sitting on some really nasty info dealing with the underhanded dealing and lies by the Hillary Camp. She earlier refused to mention it because she did not want to screw up the party. She is now irate at Hillary's NAFTA and the bogus Muslim smears, and clearly pointed the finger at Hillary, as well as suggesting there is more she knows.

I have heard her angry before, but not like this. Hillary has made a strong enemy, who has many followers and listeners.

48. I feel sorry for some of her supporters.
They will defend her at all costs, any position. I am not generalizing, only referring to some. In their eyes, if Hillary did it or said it, it's not wrong. It's the gospel. They end up making very unsavory arguments.

I support Obama, but take issue with him on several things. I do not defend every word he says.

Senator Kerry has always been referred to as having one of the coolest tempers in DC (or anywhere). Even in the 1970s in the protest movement, he never blew up in anger - ever. It is hard to imagine anyone who needs "anger management" less. Even McCain spoke of how good Kerry was in keeping his temper and how in the committee they had together Kerry calmed him and others down.

If you want to look at people with greater anger management problems - start with Bill Clinton. Did you ever see Senator Kerry sticking his fingers in reports faces and going off in a red faced (or purple faced) rant? The criticism of many here was that Kerry was NOT angry enough.

Kerry even forgave Nixon - something I doubt I ever could have done in his shoes. Kerry wins arguments with angry people because they can't set him off.

Last night I read the most vile stuff about Olberman, a man who has stood in our corner since 04 election was stolen. He reported the vile shit this administration has done. Hailed as a Patriot here on DU. Until last night.

Now Randi, who too has been hailed as a patriot on DU, because she told the truth, backed up with sources and evidence....Everyone else is wrong...but you are right?

These people have stood in our corner when the entire Media was cheering and carrying water for this administration. People who in Olberman's case, could have been fired, or discredited like Dan Rather. Still had the conviction to report the truth.

I call it as I see it, its either a cultish behavior, that your candidate cant do any wrong, and woe to anyone who says anything against her, no matter how much evidence is used as proof.

I suggest everyone email her showing her the links to the reports on her past including her involvement in the rape case. Rhodes ought to be given all the research we have collected so far to aid in the exposing of Clinton for what she really is.

Clinton is losing support and leads left and right. This is why he is trying to poke around to find a spot to move into Obama's VP spot.

She really didn't talk about him too much until fairly recently. And while it was clear that she was no fan of HRC, she was always very fair to her. I've heard her cut off callers, more than once, when they launched into some irrational b.s. against Hillary.

You know, LulaMay, as much as it pains me to say this to another woman, I honestly think you throw out the accusation of sexism a bit too easily. I'm am a big ol' radical feminist and I do NOT support Hillary. I'm not the only one. I guarantee when this is over many of them will go back to being blissfully unaware of the sexism leveled against women who are not Hillary Clinton. I swear it's like they think they will get some kind of vicarious equality through her election. I hate to break it to them, but it ain't so.

I only heard the first twenty minutes on a podcast. Some of it made sense; some of it seemed to trust a little too much in the same stuff about the Canadians and NAFTA that Olbermann accepts as gospel.

Also, I'm not sure how RR can possibly claim that "the Obama's a Muslim email" frickin' ORIGINATED from the Hillary camp. Obviously that slander's been around longer than that.

229. I haven't heard it yet, I usually download the show after Malloy
...but she's been very fair to Hillary up 'til now, stressing every day how much she likes her, has met her, IS like her. She was careful not to take sides, she didn't want to "endorse" one candidate over the other, so if an Obama supporter got on the phone criticizing Hillary, she'd automatically play devil's advocate, and vice versa - she'd defend Obama, too. So if she's gone 180 on her now, she's got good reason.

Just a disclaimer, I'm no huge fan of Randi's - I find her hard to listen to sometimes when she goes off on a tangent, and there are times when her ego just turns me off. But she's a powerful voice and in this case, if she knows something, I want to hear it.
