Hillary will lose Illinois and the presidency !!!1111!!11
under Hillary logic if you lose a state in the primary, you can't win it in the general. How is she supposed to win without Illinois, and Wisconsin, and Minnesota, and Connecticut, and Maryland, Washington, Missouri, Colorado, Virignia and DC????

I mean DC?! They both should have won that one that city is so Democratic!!! No excuse for her not to win it. Not only that, she gets blown out. That spells major trouble for her electability.

2. Goodness me
COUNT the difference in the electoral votes....Hillary has won the states with the big electoral votes 260 and her opponent only 190....the states with the little amount of electoral votes.

5. Now would that 260
figure include Texas, Oklahoma, and the other red states she's won? I don't think that 260 number would be accurate if so.

6. This election season is different though
That logic by her campaign is a weak argument. Voters are turning out in record numbers for the Democrats this year, the 2nd place Democrat winner, far out numbered the 1st place republican in every state.

Argument can't be made this year. Thanks to Bush's 19% job approval rating.

8. Goodness Me
That 260 includes MI. Get serious.

Also the relevant issue is how each would stack up vs McCain, not each other. In this, Obama is ahead. The notion that BO would lose NY because Hillary won it is absurd. And this was the point being made in the OP.

9. Obama will win the Hillary states
The argument that in the general, only she can carry the states she carried in the primary, is disingenuous at best. You honestly think New York or Mass. is going to vote for McCain?

3. Hehe
The sarcasm hits like three tons of bricks! Of course, not everyone will be smart enough to comprehend this. Including Fast Eddie Rendell. Actually he's disingenuous, just like the MSM and the candidate he is shilling for.
