Another close race in Florida (Kerry 47, Bush 46)
April 14, 2004--In the state of Florida, the race for President is a toss-up. The latest Rasmussen Reports survey finds Massachusetts Senator John F. Kerry attracting 47% of the vote in the Sunshine State and President George W. Bush earning 46%. The survey was completed just before President Bush's nationally televised Press Conference on Iraq.

1. This is welcome news
because the last Florida poll had Bush ahead by 8, I think. This is in line with previous polls.

2. This is probably why the fake "democrats" ran that ad yesterday
This might explain why those suspected Republicans ran that fake ad yesterday trying to undermine Kerry.

There is nothing the corrupt Republicans in Florida won't do to win. It's going to be a battle down there.

3. I just wonder....
If Kerry wins by say, 500-600 votes what kind of recounts will * demand? Do all the same recount rules apply as the 2000 (s)election? (not that there were any real rules then)

4. How's Chad doing?
Forget Nader -- in Florida it will be Chad who'll be relied on.

5. is this bizarro world or what?
Bush leading in New Jersey and Kerry leading in Florida (which makes more sense than Bush leading in NJ).
