Remember when KO did a show on the TIMING of the terror alerts? What about the timing of
McGreevey and Spitzer?

It's pretty apparent now that they have been tapping every Dem they can make a story out of.

This week should be all about Obama as the presumptive nominee. But won't be.

In August2004, it should have been all about Kerry v Bush, but it wasn't. McGreevey was THE story for over a week.

THIS is our reality. Those who DO have weaknesses and proclivities that can be exploited will be used to undermine the overall PARTY and its nominee.

The GOPs allies didn't buy control of most broadcast media in the 80s and 90s for nothing.

After Cunningham and Foley and Craig, they are absolutely going to pull every trick at their disposal to tear down the Dem party before Nov.

1. You're noticing a pattern; history is repeating itself. And there's
not a whole lot anyone can do about it except be aware that it's happening.

2. Yeah, that's scary. But Admiral Fallon's resignation is beyond the pale.
I think we are in a lot deeper shit than Spitzer's predilictions and the Justice Department's targeting of him.

Which I admit has happened here.

But we have bigger fish to fry coming very soon. It's called Iran.

3. No shit... Fallons retirement... there is more there than
meets the eye. Wasn't he in charge of the Iran attack plans? While we are busy bickering about our own candidates the opposition is using this time to put the final nails in the country's coffin..

7. I just replied in another post, talking about this same situation.
It was along response but, is exactly the problem with our country:

Does anyone on this board see what the system has done to us...

all? Divide and conquer, together we(the people)stand, divided we fall. Everyone in America hates someone else something they are doing and is always pointing a finger. Americans I guess are hateful people, I wonder what we look like to the world? Every other post is you, they hate women and are sexist or you, they hate blacks and are racist. Nothing gets accomplished as the elite and corrupt politicians sit back, laugh at us all and continue to steal our country from us. How can we ever have a government that is ran for and by the people when they have us all hating each other and fighting each other over everything...EVERYTHING! Sexism, racism, gun control, censorship, abortion, religion...you name it and Americans are fighting tooth and nail over it but never accomplishing anything. Nobody talks, its all a blame game and a screaming match about how my position is right, while no ones problems are fixed.

I wish everyone would stop falling for this WWE wrestling style of politics that most have now accepted as normal. I always hear, " you have to be able to handle lies and all the bullshit to prove you are worthy to be president" BULLSHIT! If the American people would stop the nonsense that we all take part in and vote on the issues, its pretty simple. I don't care if one party drums up some mud to throw around, I will research the facts and choose my childrens future president on them. How many of you are gaging your childrens future off of knee jerk response to some bullshit being thrown around? Those are the sheeple that are enabling our country to be stole right in front of our face.

Everyone take a step back, think to before everything in the country was labeled and became about political correctness. Back then people actually tried a little to resolve things and werent always bitching about something. Now if something happens on tv and we think it wasn't politically correct, we are so offended, we get together on the internet or neighborhoods and call or email enough complaints to get someone in trouble until we get that change.

Why cant we look at the bigger picture and fight together to keep the constitution and our rights, impeachment, corruption in government, shouldn't that be a little more important than allot of the other nonsense that people stand up for?

Yes, issues like sexism and racism are huge and should be dealt with but we cant continue to let the agenda driven media drive us to bickering with each other over everything EXCEPT the critical issues. If we lose our rights, for instance, sexism and racism will mean nothing if we have lost our right to express ourselves. Its even tough just for groups to get together and peacefully protest without being labeled as terrorists...IS THIS OKAY WITH EVERYONE!

Please people, wake up and stop being enablers, you are destroying your childrens future so your candidate can win?

4. I think it is ALL connected. Drop Spitzer story when it's the most useful.
By the time we are IN war with Iran (Thanks to deep-sixing of BCCI report) the public will be back to viewing Dems as too preoccupied with life to defend the country. I remember every bad military story in 2003 and 2004 got covered up by bullshit the corpmedia would latch onto to keep Bushboy's image protected.

9. It could be a shot across the bow
seeing that the Dems are (finally) showing signs of backbone. It's been long speculated that each and every Dem has been wiretapped.

6. I'm hoping Spitzer is a bridge too far.
They can't possibly have a case against him. My first guess is an illegal wiretap.
