The issue isn't what Kerry did with the metals. Bush doesn't have any.

Why is Kerry even letting them question what he did with his metals? He needs to turn the whole thing around. Once a person gets metals, they are free to eat them, burn them, throw them in the ocean, store them or give them to the poor. Bush was a deserter. Kerry and the Democrats need to answer the question with "Who cares. Where are Bush's metals?"

McAuflie said that.

Kerry said that he earned his medals and Bush could not even prove that he served his entire National Guard duty.

There was the Senator today who called them all Chickenhawks.

Oh yeah and Wesley Clark stood up for him too.

on and on and on....

3. When we were watching Hardball last night, 1/2 of Kerry's time was
spent addressing that issue and my husband was getting pissed off. He wanted Kerry to say "who cares" and move on. He enjoyed the other 1/2 of the interview much more when Kerry was explaining his plan for jobs.

4. To be fair 1/3 of the time.
That was annoying. Three station breaks and the first third of the interview on the medal flak. However, you have to admit that Tweety was siding with Kerry which was nice.
