Two career politicians? WHY? Who is going to get excited about THAT ticket? People from Missouri? What a disaster that would be. Kerry needs Clark badly.

I've been seeing rumors for a few days but I've also seen reports that Clark was also being vetted.

I don't think the Kerry campaign would be that bone-headed.

All the talk lately is, I think, just playing the game... giving Gephardt his "props", as it were.

It'll be Edwards or Clark, or someone out of the primary field such as Mary Landrieu or Bill Richardson.

10. Why?

We couldn't carry the south for Gore, a southerner. Forget the south. It's a lost cause. We only need to hold onto the states we carried in 2000 and pick up WV, NH, or OH to win. That's where ALL attention should be concentrated.
