The answer is so obvious

Kerry must be campaigning as the only candidate that can fix Iraq. (and Afghanistan and the Middle East and France and Germany, etc.)

B*sh and his administration CANNOT clean up the mess they made, period! The entire world knows it, at least 50% of the American electorate knows it and Kerry has to make it clear to the other 50%.

I predict that we are going to start to see Republicans (Senators, Congress members and maybe even members of the administration) jump ship. I also predict we will soon see a mutiny in the Armed Services.

It is deceptively simple, but that's what we need. We need a simple message for the people who are still, for reasons I can't imagine, undecided.

We may well need a new President in order for the world to come together on Iraq and the other problems facing us. He's said it. The only ones saying Bush and Kerry are both for the same thing are the media and those looking for any excuse to bash Kerry.

The problem is getting the message to the masses that depend on sound bytes for their news. Kerry needs to translate why he's better for resolving Iraq in a simple, catchy slogan, the "It's the economy, stupid" for 2004.
