My question is who would be better equipped in handling the "swiftboating" from the right; Hillary Clinton is my bet; she's been vetted and put through the wringer with this before, and knows exactly what kind of politics it takes to win. And truthfully, many people don't know much about Obama other than what they read or hear. Will there be other stories coming out? Who knows? So Obama doesn't throw a friend totally under the bus? You may have to disassociate with someone because of the choices they've made and the fact that you have chosen to live in Public Life but it doesn't mean you have to jump on someone and say terrible things to the press about them.
