Hillary says she uses Millions of words every day to defend her Bosnia "misstatement" (the math)

This is a shameless waste of a thread but I want to call out the exaggeration that she used to defend another exaggeration.


Millions of words in a day....




24 hours in a day, times 60 minutes in each hour times 60 seconds in each minute gives us 86,400 seconds in a day.


24 X 60 = 1,440
1440 X 60 = 86,400

If you spoke ten words a second every second of the day you would still only use 864,000 words in a day. So to use Millions (plural) you need to speak at least 2 millions words in a day or nearly 30 words a second every second of the day.

Yes, it is a worthless "gotcha" that isn't worth the electrons it took to send across the internets. I just can't help myself sometimes.

Happens to me all the time....you know, I talk to so many patients and co-workers each day that it just randomly comes out sometimes: "Hi..I just wanted to ask you a few questions before the doctor comes in to see you.
