Today is a good day to give to the John Kerry campaign.
Bush is down in the polls, but a lot of Americans are unfamiliar with John Kerry.

By donating, we can help Kerry to introduce himself to those Americans.

To give to the Kerry campaign and give me credit as a fundraiser, click below:

1. I've been wondering
I've donated twice, now, to the DNC.
Now I'm rethinking the wisdom of that decision. Perhaps it would be better to give to the candidate specific.
Does anyone know the difference ?
The party sends a cool "campaign kit" of Kerry stickers and window signs. Does Kerry send out something similar ? Is more of my donation used by the Kerry people than the party ?

2. the dnc gives money to other democrats also
if you want to focus on the kerry campaign itself more than giving money to them is a good idea. but if it's about the party as a whole than the dnc is a good idea. since the dnc gives some money to senate, congress, and other democratic candidates also.

if you send money to the kerry campaign then the money is used by the kerry campaign itself to promote kerry in various ways.

6. That makes sense
I think I'll sit down at the computer later and send a few bucks to Kerry.
I try not to send a lot at one time because if Bush gets caught in bed with Condi or if Cheney gets caught selling the White House china, they shouldn't need much more cash. ....Then again, I imagine the radio nazis can spin anything.

5. did you specially order campaign items, or did you give at an event ?
did you get the kit by ordering it. or did you get it by giving money to kerry at an event where they passed out kits to those who gave money ?

people often buy kerry campaign items in bulk purchases and hold their own fundraises and pass out these items to the people who attend.

Makes sense. I didn't sign up as a volunteer, so I guess that's why they sent you the kit but not me.
