Anyone else notice that "flip-flop" has now shifted to "stable" in GOP
talking points in the media?

Saw it first on CNN tonight. Keep your eyes and ears open. The comfort of a "stable" president and/or policy is coming to your corporate media soon.

It couldn't have anything to do with the * administration's latest terra alert. Do you think?

IMO, the * administration is the number one threat to the long term security of the USA and the world.

1. Stable?
Edited on Fri May-28-04 12:41 AM by LoZoccolo
That one's easy to knock down. Just look at that press conference he gave a few weeks ago. You don't even have to explain anything. You can clearly see he was just not good at answering questions.

Or to go back to the terror thing - what about him sitting in a classroom for some time after the second plane hit, or even just going into the classroom after the first one did? I know people say it's a LIHOP/MIHOP thing, but to those of us familiar with Occham's razor, it at least suggests that he was not really in charge; he could be left out of the loop while the situation was being reacted to because he wouldn't really contribute anything important to it.

2. Times of change
With the Bush election motto, "Steady Leadership in Times of Change", I always find myself asking this question: why do we want an anchor on a boat thats already sailing (though the question doesnt usually involve the nice metaphor, but you get the idea).
