So, is John Mccain losing his mind?
This man is scary. Unlike Reagan who got Alzheimers near the end of his administration, I think that Mccain may be getting it NOW. Countdown just showed a clip of him not knowing that Al Qaeda is Sunni-related in Iraq. Joe Lieberman had to correct him about Iranian influence in Iraq. He is known to have explosive temper flares. He calls women dastardly names.

I think the man is in the early stages of some sort of dementia. Not suitable for the presidency. No way.

A loud shout out apology to all John Mccain lovers in advance who may post in this thread. I have no love for a man who sends 4,000 U.S. boys and girls to die.

2. I think it would be a good idea
if all the candidates had a complete medical, mental checkup, and the results made public. We have the right to know.

10. No. He doesn't look healthy at all. When he speaks, he just drones
as with no reflection in his words as though he's on medication or something.

He does not look like his heart is in this run.

8. Oh no, someone can't accuse Dick Cheney
of not being TOTALLY mentally there. He's just a certifiable right wing freak.

I wouldn't accuse all right-wingers of having lost their mind automatically.

However, I do think that it is a legitimate issue to ask just exactly what kind of mental health John Mccain is in and to even think it's not good.

19. When wasn't he crazy
Is the question...just because he had a little tussle with Bush in 2000 I don't understand why he's been so popular among Democrats. This guy was the chosen heir of Barry Goldwater's senate seat by Barry Goldwater..

20. Give him a break. He brings a lifetime of experience!
Probably a couple of lifetimes worth actually.

I think he's just doing his part to restore Democratic unity. Truly he may be the only thing to inspire that at this point.

If there wasn't a chance that he could have control of the military a year from now I would feel badly for him. He looks worse everytime I see him. By worse I mean, sicklier.

23. He's sold his soul. And I think that he sometimes forgets what McCain2.0...
...is supposed to say. I think he's having a little bit of trouble falling into the party line.

I'm not making excuses for him, but you have to admit that his ideology has taken a hard right recently in order to appease the "base".
