During the primaries, I had a link in my sig line for donations to Edwards which raised hundreds of dollars.

If DU did only one thing, the best thing it could is raise money for Democrats for office.

I remember when you would post about how much you raised on the Edwards board...

But now it is a better cause...to get this country back and give us atleast a Majority back in the Senate and the White House...

10. Yep.

It looks like they closed the old donation pages, but, yeah, I raised a lot of money from DUers for Edwards.

Someone here said they'd give $200 for the most convincing argument for a candidate. I got $200 bucks for Edwards AND a guy who worked in a factory said he was going to print a copy of that post and pin it up on the bulletin board at work.

I never liked DU more than when I was raising money for Edwards from strangers for no other reason than I was telling the truth in a compelling way.

3. you can as long as it's for democratic/liberal associated things

and i see nothing wrong with it. in fact it's a good way to do it since that's what this board is for.

i'm sure if someone tried to raise money or sell right wing crap it would not be allowed though.

...elected (so far).

I like those choices so far. Especially Obama.
