BO is just as disingenuous as HRC, but is not held to the same standard for truth. For example, Hillary said she remembered running from the plane to the armored car when she obviously didn't. Was that a lie or a mistake? And if it was a lie, what does it say about her honesty as a public official?
Compare that to the fact that, for months, Obama said Rezko only gave about $60,000 to his campaigns, but when new records showed up, he changed his story to say he suddenly remembered that Rezko had actually given more like $150,000 to his campaigns, and then -- when yet more new evidence turned up -- he had to change his story again to admit that Rezko had actually contributed (so far as we know) more like $250,000 to Obama's rise to power, not to mention helping him with a sweetheart deal to buy a mansion. Now, who mistakes $60,000 for $250,000? And what does making such a "mistake" say about BO's honesty as a public official?
Was Obama's revised and then re-revised statement a lie (like you say Hillary's revised statement was?) or was it a mistake (as Hillary said it was)?
An objective person would have to say that either both people are liars, or both people made honest mistakes. Only if you have different standards for truth for different people, can you say Hillary lied while Obama was merely mistaken.
