They were able to get chimp into office twice
The corporate elite, and their lackeys, the corporate media, sold the most uninspiring, insipid, and incompetent candidate to the American people TWICE. They did it once even after he had started a war of choice based on lies.

My question is: why do you think they can't sell McSame? And don't you ever wonder if all of this is just an exercise in futility ? Hasn't the decision that we debate so ferociously here on DU already been made?

1. Massive fraud and treason.

2. OR . . .
and I know this is tough to swallow -- the Dem candidate just didn't get enough votes to put the thing away.

3. Yes. Had the Dem candidates drawn another 4 or 5 percent,
the fraudulent elections probably couldn't have happened as the did. However, had the media not been in the Republican's pockets, the Dem candidates would have easily had enough votes to overcome the miscounted votes in 2000 and 2004.

If fact, if any of the array of contributing factors had not been there, the Dems would have been in the White House. The closeness allowed for a "perfect storm" for fraud.

4. Sorry
I've never bought into the whole fraud thing. I don't believe either election was intentionally stolen.

6. If you don't now believe that the elections of 2000 and 2004 were
decided partly due to fraud, it would be pointless for me to attempt to change your opinion.

7. Especially 2000
I agree with you that they both were, but if this poster denies that 2000 was decided on fraud, it's pointless to discuss it. Save your bandwidth.

8. 2000
Certainly more of a question-mark. But I also don't discount that it was a very close vote in Florida which caused a lot of the hoopla. I have trouble believing that it was a pre-planned orchestrated attempt to steal the election ahead of time.

2004: I know about Ohio but I can't say it rises to the level of actionable fraud.

5. They don't have to sell McBush as long as they own the voting machines.
I'm really afraid that no matter what happens - whether we put up Barack, Hillary or Jesus Christ himself - a Republican will win because they know how to steal elections.

9. They Own the News. They Own the Churches. They Own the Voting Machinez
What more do they need?

We still need to fight them as best we can, even if we can't win.
We may still be able to keep this from turning into a complete blowout for Cain.

This election is looking entirely too much like 1972.
(Though I'm sure they have a "1968" option ready if Obama pulls ahead).
