The Fabulous Life of John McCain: 8th richest Senator, has 9 houses worth over $13 million
He says economic problems are "psychological," Americans should deal with recession by "working a second job."

I would love to have that view that he has from his 2.7 million dollar condo on Coronado Island!

1. he also thinks field workers make $100,000 a year
the guy hasn't dealt with money issues in decades.

He has no idea!

He is completely out of touch.

4. An out-of-touch elitist
It would be poetic justice if the public saw him in this light!

8. What is so sad
Is that he is the 8th richest. How rich do you need to be nowadays to be a Senator?

11. Wow, the responses here are rather surprising considering who our
2004 Democratic nominee is married to.

McCain and his wife are woefully out of touch with average Americans (and certainly out of touch with the poor) but the Kerry's are in the same position financially and I didn't read 'elitist' comments about John Kerry four years ago.

(Well, okay, I did during the primary but not after he became our nominee).

13. I think most Americans think of Sen. McCain as a "regular guy"
His lifestyle, though, is anything but average!
