After crunching all the poll numbers - I predicted a 6
pt win for Hillary. Hope these numbers hold up !!

she's going for the popular vote, and she'll get it. They may not want to seat delegates from Mich and Florida, but I promise you, their popular votes will indeed count.

I seem to recall that everyone is allowed to vote in the general, and Hillary's plummeting numbers among independents speaks volumes about her electability.

Horses are powerful. Even today, engine strength is rated in comparison to horses (250 Horse Power, etc). Also, wild animals are untamed, difficult to control, etc. Therefore, a "wild horse" is a measure of power that is difficult to control.

When you say something like "Wild horses couldn't tear me away from (X)" you are saying that you can try to get me to do (X), but you will fail.

wild horses couldn't DRAG me away from....

Which makes all kinds of sense.

Actually, I think the phrase started with Catherine the Great of Russia, who required quite a bit to become motivated and inspred.

Drudge, NRO report BIG Obama numbers -- actual vote count goes well for Clinton -- us Dems mired in a huge vote count fight for another 2 weeks for more.

They also had Kerry down only 1 in North Carolina in the 2004 general election.

The Super Tuesday Obama landslide exit polls were from NRO, which had him winning Mass. I don't remember where the Ohio one was from. I remember the Kerry landslide ones were on Drudge in 2004.

Obama always does better in exit polls, but then averages about 8 points less.
